Provision of Event and Travel management services for WHO Turkey

Item Description:

The World Health Organization (WHO) invites vendors to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) for Event and Travel management services which address the following objectives:

1. Provision of Event and Travel Management Services to the WHO Country Office in Turkey (organization of high-level conferences, meetings, trainings, official visits, online events, ticketing, and other travel management services).
2. Your Proposal will form the bases for a Long-Term Agreement (LTA) between your company and WHO for initially 2 years with possibility of extension

WHO intends to invite selected vendors to participate in a formal solicitation, via a Request for Proposals (RFP), at a later stage, for the above requirements.  Complete details of the requirements will be included in the solicitation documents.

Minimum Criteria for Vendors 

Companies can only participate in this Request for EOI from WHO after completing their basic registration (free of charge) at the United Nations Global Marketplace (www.ungm.org).

-Vendor should have at least 5 years working experience in the event management and travel arrangements with international organization (UN, EU, Embassies) and Governmental institutions (Ministry of Health etc) in Turkey, with fluently speaking personnel in Turkish, English and Arabic, physically located in Ankara/Turkey and preferably having a sub-office in Istanbul.

-Event management and travel arrangements include organization of high-level conferences, meetings, trainings, official visits, online events, tickets arrangements, provision of car rental services if needed, all kind of support functions during the events)

– A list and information on key personnel / experts of the vendor

Interested vendors are invited to refer to the attached REOI document, fill out the Annex A and B, and send them back to WHO (etenderEURO@who.int) no later than 15:00 hours local time in Ankara Turkey on 08-April-2022.
