Provision of Rental of Bilateral Booths, Screening Panels and Furniture for UNHQ

It is anticipated that the Procurement Division of the United Nations will be issuing a solicitation for the supply of Bilateral Booths and Screening Panels, and Furniture for UNHQ in the coming months.

The United Nations (UN), Department of Operational Support (DOS) has a requirement to establish a contract for rental of panels, furniture and and 33 antique carpets for the 22 bilateral booths and ancillary spaces used for the bilateral meetings and delegation members during the General Assembly and other events at the United Nations headquarters in Mid-town Manhattan, New York.

The proposed system contract will be for an initial period of three (3) years, with the option to extend for two additional one (1) year periods each for a total contract terms of five (5) years (3+1+1), based on performance.

The detailed scope of requirements will be provided in the Invitation to Bid (ITB), which will be sent out to all vendors responding to this EOI. No further detail can be made available before the issuance of the RFP solicitation.
