Construction and completion of Building No. 5 and 6 – Mixed-use Buildings (Building of two 11 story multifunctional residential buildings)

Item Description:

The Asian Development Bank (ADB) was conceived in the early 1960s as a financial institution that would be Asian in character and foster economic growth and cooperation in one of the poorest regions in the world.

ADB assists its members, and partners, by providing loans, technical assistance, grants, and equity investments to promote social and economic development.

The Republic of Tajikistan has received financing from the ADB toward the cost of the Water Resources Management in the Pyanj River Basin Project (Additional Financing). Part of the this financing will be used for payments under the Contract named above. Bidding is open to Bidders from eligible source countries of ADB.

The State Agency for Hydrometeorology of the Committee of Environmental Protection under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan (‘the Employer”) invites sealed bids from eligible Bidders for the construction and completion of Building No. 5 and 6 – Mixed-use Buildings (Building of two 11 story multifunctional residential buildings) (‘the Works”)

Completion period is 18 (eighteen) months after the date of signing the Contract Agreement. The Intended Completion Date for the whole of the Works shall be 545 days from the contract mobilization date.

International Competitive Bidding (ICB) will be conducted in accordance with ADB’s Single-Stage: One-Envelope bidding procedure and is open to all Bidders from eligible countries as described in the Bidding Document.
