Construction of Ezulwini Sustainable Water Supply System (Package A)

Bidders wishing to offer discounts will be allowed to do so, provided those discounts are included in the Letter of Bid.

Bidding will be conducted through the International Competitive Bidding (ICB) procedures Bank’s Rules and Procedures for Procurement of Goods and Works..

Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from Eswatini Water Services Corporation, attention Procurement Manager by email at procurement@swsc.co.sz and inspect the Bidding document during office hours – 09h00 to 16h30 hours (Eswatini Time) – at the address given below.

The Bidding document in English may be purchased by interested eligible Bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of One Thousand Five Hundred Emalangeni Only (SZL1 500.00). The method of payment will be by bank transfer to Account Name – Eswatini Water Services Corporation, Bank Name – Standard Bank, Account No – 9110000596666, Branch Name – Mbabane, Branch Code – 663164, SWIFT CODE – SBIC SZ MX. The Bidding Document will be sent by electronic means.

Bids must be hand delivered and deposited in a designated tender box to the address below on or before 12 noon 20 August 2021 Eswatini time. Electronic Bidding will not be permitted. Late Bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders’ designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at the address below on 20 August 2021 at 12.05pm Eswatini time

All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of Two Million Emalangeni (SZL2 000 000) or the equivalent in freely convertible currencies.
