Item Description:
The African Development Bank (hereafter referred to as “The Bank”) intends to select a service provider for the production and multimedia activities for the 2022 African Economic Conference to be held from 9 to 11 December 2022, Mauritius. The services are divided into three separate lots as follows:
- Lot 1: Video captioning and projection, sound, light and live streaming for a multilanguage hybrid event allowing lower thirds, PIP, power points, interpretation equipment, headsets for participants, High-speed internet and playing videos
- Lot 2: Video Crews, Photographers, Editors, video, and Photo Indexing and Archiving on multiple platforms
- Lot 3: Digital Screens, Remote Supports for data workflow, AfDB TV and Cloud management.
Potential bidders can bid for one (01) lot or for the two (02) lots. A firm may be awarded one (01) lot or both (02) lots.
The Bank is seeking to establish with the selected service provider a one-year agreement for the said services.
