Item Description:
The Asian Development Bank (ADB) was conceived in the early 1960s as a financial institution that would be Asian in character and foster economic growth and cooperation in one of the poorest regions in the world.
ADB assists its members, and partners, by providing loans, technical assistance, grants, and equity investments to promote social and economic development.
Invitation for Bids
The Kingdom of Cambodia has received financing from the ADB towards the cost of National Solar Park Project. Part of this financing will be used for payments under the contract named above. This contract will be jointly financed by Strategic Climate Fund. No nationality restrictions apply, other than restrictions arising from Section 1, ITB 4.8 of the Bidding Document.
The Electricité du Cambodge (“the Purchaser”) invites sealed bids from eligible Bidders for the Procurement of Goods for Development of Solar Park Project (“the Goods”).
Open Competitive Bidding (International Advertisement) using ADB’s Single Stage: One-Envelope procedure and is open to all Bidders without nationality restrictions.
