The European Commission is an institution of the European Union, responsible for proposing legislation, implementing decisions, upholding the EU treaties and managing the day-to-day business of the EU.

The European Commission, Joint Research Centre – Seville (JRC-SVQ), referred to below as the contracting authority, is planning to award the contract(s) resulting from the above procurement procedure. Purpose of the contract

Provision of technical assistance services for the project management, public procurement and construction of a building intended for the Seville headquarters of the JRC (Joint Research Centre) of the European Commission. The execution of the project in its entirety (construction) is subject to decisions of the budgetary authorities, whether at the level of the contracting authority (JRC) or that of the European institutions.
