Item Description:
The Asian Development Bank (ADB) was conceived in the early 1960s as a financial institution that would be Asian in character and foster economic growth and cooperation in one of the poorest regions in the world.
ADB assists its members, and partners, by providing loans, technical assistance, grants, and equity investments to promote social and economic development.
Invitation for Bids
The ADB (The Purchaser) invites sealed bids for the Procurement of Goods for EdTech Solutions for Last Mile Schools in COVID 19 (KSTA PHI 54404-001), specifically:
- Lot 1: Supply and Delivery of 3500 Android tablets with Leather Case
- Lot 2: Supply, Delivery and Installation of 21 Wi-Fi Access Point and its Components
- Lot 3: Supply, Delivery and Installation of 21 Solar Power Package and Batteries
Open competitive bidding (national) will be conducted in accordance with ADB’s Standard Bidding Document (SBD) for Procurement of Goods under Single-Stage: Two-Envelope (June 2018). Bidding procedure is open to all bidders from eligible countries as described in the Bidding Document.
Bidders should have completed, within three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, at least three (3) contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents.
