Item Description:
The European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA) referred to below as the contracting authority, is planning to award the contract resulting from the above procurement procedure. The procurement documents consist of the contract notice, the invitation letter and tender specifications with their respective annexes. All documents are available in the attached ZIP File.
Purpose
The purpose of this procurement procedure is to conclude a single framework contract with a tenderer for the following services:
- catering services, food supplies and stock items.
- arrangement of venues for external events (renting venues and related services);
- service of a catering manager;
- provision of water fountains/dispensers.
Services of the canteen in the building are not included (covered by a contract managed by the owner of the building).
