This Invitation for Bids follows the General Procurement Notice for the above project that appeared in the United Nations Development Business Online (UNDB online) No AfDB 380 – 04/16 dated 18th April 2016, the African Development Bank internet website (www.afdb.org) on 19th April 2016 and the Kenya Local Daily Newspapers on 22nd April 2016.
The Government of the Republic of Kenya has obtained financing from the African Development Bank towards the cost of rehabilitation of Isebania – Kisii – Ahero A1 Road. It is intended that part of the proceeds of this loan be applied to make eligible payments under the contract for Sirari Corridor Accessibility and Road Safety Improvement Project (SCARSIP): Isebania – Kisii – Ahero (A1) Road Project.
