Provision of migration software tool to convert Lotus Notes NSF files to Exchange PST files.

The purpose of this EOI is to identify potential suppliers who can provide a migration tool that converts Lotus Notes NSF files to Exchange PST files. The conversion is required to end-users to move their archived NSF files, older than 90 days, to Microsoft Outlook.

The principal technical requirements of the migration tool are as follows
a) The tool is able to convert NSF files to PST;
b) The tool is able to convert mail files in batches (batch mode) ;
c) The tool includes a utility function to decrypt messages prior to conversion and migration. d) The tool must be able to export files to central location;

e) The tool must provide unlimited conversion usage;
f) The vendor must provide annual maintenance and support for the tool.
