Procurement of Supply and Installation of Intelligent Traffic Signal Semaphore System Rehabilitation

Item Description:

The People’s Republic of China has received financing from the Asian Development Bank (ADB) towards the cost of Xi’an Urban Road Improvement Project and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of this financing to payments under the contract named above. The Bidding is open to Bidders from eligible source countries of the ADB.

The CMC International Tendering Co., Ltd (hereinafter referred to as “the Procurement Agent”), authorized by Xi’an Urban Infrastructure Investment Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “the Purchaser”), invites sealed bid from all eligible Bidders for the following supply of goods and related services: 226 sets/sites of Intelligent Traffic Signal Semaphore System and Installation. The delivery period is five (5) months after signing of the contract.

International competitive bidding will be conducted in accordance with ADB’s Single- Stage: One-Envelope procedure and is open to all Bidders from eligible source countries as described in the Bidding Document.
