Procurement of Substation Equipment: 220/132 kV 250 MVA Auto Transformers

The Islamic Republic of Pakistan has received financing from the Asian Development Bank (ADB) toward the cost of Second Power Transmission Enhancement Investment Program – Tranche 1. Part of this financing will be used for payments under the contract named above. Bidding is open to Bidders from eligible source countries of the ADB.

The National Transmission and Despatch Company (NTDC, “the Purchaser”) invites sealed bids from eligible Bidders for the Procurement of Substation Equipment: 220/132 kV 250 MVA Auto Transformers (“the Goods”). The contract mainly includes supply of 220/132kV 250 MVA Auto Transformers along with supervision of its installation, as detailed and specified in the Bidding Documents. Delivery period is 240 days.

International competitive bidding will be conducted in accordance with ADB’s Single- Stage: One-Envelope bidding procedure and is open to all Bidders from eligible countries as described in the Bidding Document.
