Item Description:
The United Nations Office for West Africa and the Sahel Cameroon-Nigeria Mixed Commission (“UNOWAS/CNMC”) – Route de la Plage de Ngor, Dakar, Senegal – has a requirement for the supply of fuel for generators and vehicles in support of its operations. The requirement covers a one (1) year period, commencing upon signature of Contract with the option to be extended by additional two (2) periods of one (1) year each, subject to satisfactory performance by the Supplier. Fuel shall be supplied to UNOWAS/CNMC through smart cards (a card for each vehicle and generator is required). The prices shall be based on an official price structure applicable to the respective country with a fixed discount on the prices. Bidders are requested to quote the price as of the first day of the month in which this ITB is closing (i.e. ITB closing 7 October, price quoted should be as of 1 October).
