A Contract for the Supply of Cleaning Materials and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to UNDOF at Golan Heights

Item Description:

1. The United Nations Observer Force (UNDOF) seeks Expression of Interest (EOI) from manufacturers and authorized distributors for the Supply of Cleaning Materials and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to UNDOF at Golan Heights, on the basis of delivery terms Ex-Works Vendor’s Warehouse. 2. UNDOF intends to establish a one (1) year contract for the supply of the above items on “as and when required” basis, with no minimum purchase guaranteed, and reserves the right to extend the contract for two (2) additional one-year periods (1+1) under the same terms and conditions. The duration of the contract shall always be subject to the continuation of UNDOF’s mandate, the availability of funds and satisfactory performance of the Contractor. 3. Detailed technical specifications including estimated quantities shall be provided at the time of formal solicitation. 4. Vendors/Companies interested in participating in the planned solicitation process must have UNGM registration at least at Level 1 under the United Nations Secretariat to be considered for receipt of the solicitation when issued.
