The United Nations Business Process and System Support Section is responsible for streamling and standardizing methods, tools and best practices in business processes for operational entities in the organization.

We are interested in a business process mapping software that can be used organization wide as an enterprise tool. It should have capabilities including:

• Business Process Mapping and modeling;
• Support of BPMN standards;
• Repository for supporting documents for processes (policies, directives, etc.); – Built-in analytical capabilities to aid where the processes can be improved;
• Easy to use interface;
• Easy to train power users to create process maps;
• Dashboards, etc.
