Item Description:
The Economic Commission for Latin America and the Caribbean of the United Nations (ECLAC) seeks companies with local representation in Chile, with at least 3 years of experience in the field and with technical and financial capacity to participate in the bidding process for the Service Contract for Carpentry, Painting, Sanitary Facilities, Welding and minor Civil Works for the ECLAC Facilities.
ECLAC will entrust the Contractor with the provision of a staff of two people trained and with verifiable experience to carry out carpentry, painting, sanitary work, welding work and minor civil works within the ECLAC facilities, in accordance with the specifications of the service and summary of requirements specified by ECLAC.
The general coordination of the services will be the responsibility of the Chief of Maintenance, who belongs to the Facilities Management Unit of ECLAC.
