Item Description:
The Asian Development Bank (ADB) was conceived in the early 1960s as a financial institution that would be Asian in character and foster economic growth and cooperation in one of the poorest regions in the world.
ADB assists its members, and partners, by providing loans, technical assistance, grants, and equity investments to promote social and economic development.
The Kyrgyz Republic has received financing from the Asian Development Bank (ADB) towards the cost of Skills for Inclusive Growth Sector Development Program. Part of this financing will be used for payments under the contract named above. Bidding is open to bidders from eligible source countries of the ADB.
The Ministry of Education and Science of the Kyrgyz Republic (the “Employer”) now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for Civil Works on Rehabilitation of Centers of Excellence in Balykchy City and Karabalta City.
National Competitive Bidding will be conducted in accordance with ADB’s Single- Stage: One-Envelope bidding procedure and is open to all Bidders from eligible countries as described in the Bidding Document.
The contract is expected to be completed within 240 days plus Defect Notification Period of 365 days.
