The Asian Development Bank (ADB) was conceived in the early 1960s as a financial institution that would be Asian in character and foster economic growth and cooperation in one of the poorest regions in the world.
ADB assists its members, and partners, by providing loans, technical assistance, grants, and equity investments to promote social and economic development.
Invitation for Bids
The Government of Papua New Guinea has received financing from the ADB toward the cost of the Urban Water Supply and Sanitation Security and Resilience Improvement Project (UWSSSRIP). Part of this financing will be used for payments under the contract named above. Bidding is open to Bidders from eligible source countries of ADB.
Water PNG Limited (“the Employer”) invites sealed bids from eligible Bidders for the construction and completion of UWSSSRIP-Plant-01: Mount Eriama Water Treatment Plant (WTP) Master Valves & Lime Dosing (“the Works”).
Open competitive bidding – International advertisement will be conducted in accordance with ADB’s Single-Stage: Two-Envelope procedure and is open to all Bidders from eligible countries as described in the Bidding Document.
