Construction Fit-Out Works for ADB Federated States of Micronesia (FSM) Pacific Country Office

The Asian Development Bank (ADB) requests you to submit a bid for the above Works. The scope and details of the Works required are described in the attached Work Performance Statement (Appendix 1).

Bidder must have the nationality on eligible country in accordance with Appendix 2: List of ADB Eligible Member Countries. Bidder shall be deemed to have the nationality of a member country if is constituted, or incorporated, and operated in conformity with the provisions of the laws of that country.

Bidder shall bear all cost associated with the preparation and delivery of its bid and ADB shall in no case be responsible for such cost.

ADB is exempt from the payment of taxes and duties on its official procurement from its member countries. The bid shall be exclusive of all applicable taxes.

The bid shall be in United States Dollars [USD], or any other easily convertible currency of ADB member countries.

The bid shall remain valid for at least sixty (60) calendar days after the submission deadline.

The bid, in PDF format and password protected, should be sent via email to Ms. Katherine Barrameda, kbarrameda@adb.org before 2.00 pm 3 April 2020, local time in Kolonia, Pohnpei, Federated States of Micronesia as per the time stamp on the ADB email system. Bid should be addressed to Mr. Paul Curry, Principal Operations Coordination Specialist, Pacific Department. Please indicate in the email subject line: DO NOT OPEN THIS EMAIL BEFORE 5.00 PM ON 3 APRIL 2020 – Bid for Fit-Out Construction Works ADB FSM Pacific Country Office. ADB will request the password from the bidder during bid opening.

The bid shall include the following:

(i)  Completed Technical and Financial Bid Form (Appendix 3); and

(ii)  Bidder Proposal (with breakdown of cost, service/work duration, payment terms, proposed work methodology, Bidder’s prior project history etc.)
