Construction of Additional Carriageway from Shikarpur- Rajanpur of N-55 (222 Km)

The Asian Development Bank (ADB) was conceived in the early 1960s as a financial institution that would be Asian in character and foster economic growth and cooperation in one of the poorest regions in the world.

ADB assists its members, and partners, by providing loans, technical assistance, grants, and equity investments to promote social and economic development.

The Islamic Republic of Pakistan has applied for financing from the ADB toward the cost of Central Asian Regional Economic Cooperation (CAREC) Corridor Development Investment Program – Tranche II Project. Part of this financing will be used for payments under the Contract named above. Bidding is open to Bidders from eligible source countries of ADB.

The National Highway Authority (NHA) (“the Employer”) invites sealed bids from eligible Bidders for the lot/lots as mentioned above (“the Works”). Bidders may submit separate bids for one or several Lots. However, a bidder may be awarded several lots if it submits the lowest evaluated substantially responsive bid(s) for such lots and provided such bidder meets the aggregated qualification requirements for all such Lots.

• Lot-1:  Shikarpur – Kandhkot Section

• Lot-2:  Kandhkot – Kashmore Section
  From Km 105+820 to Km 164+600 (58.78 Km)
• Lot-3:  Kashmore – Rojhan Section
  From Km 164+600 to Km 213+500 (48.90 Km)
• Lot-4: Rojhan – Rajanpur Section
  From Km 213+500 to Km 265+350 (51.85 Km)

Open Competitive Bidding (international advertisement) will be conducted in accordance with ADB’s Single-Stage: Two-Envelope bidding procedure and is open to all Bidders from eligible countries as described in the Bidding Document.
