Provision of Maintenance, Repairs, Spare Parts and Consumables for Heidelberg Platemaking and Print- Finishing Machines

The UNOG Printing Section provides design and print services to United Nations clients based at the Palais de Nations and in the wider International-Geneva area. This service is seeking the establishment of a long- term contract (3+1+1 years) with an authorized agent of Heidelberg for the provision of repairs, maintenance, spare parts and consumables for the following Heidelberg machines that are installed at UNOG:

(i) Heidelberg Suprasetter 72m (2007)
(ii) Heidelberg Stahl SPH-70 Folding Machine (2009) (iii) Heidelberg Eurobind machine (2010)

The above machines are in daily use and require two maintenance interventions per year, which includes software updates. In addition, repair services are required within 48 hours of notification of a breakdown. The provider shall provide a 3-month guarantee period for repairs and a 3-month guarantee period for spare parts. Spare parts must be originals.

The provider should also be able to supply the following consumables: Printing pates 30×605 x 740 mm > 14,000 plaques per year;
Wash / gum > 300 liters per year;
Saphira ispropyl alcohol > 800 liters per year;

Saphira W7365 gloss > 250kg per year; Saphira Wash 562 > 60 liters per year; Saphira Found 510 > 250kg per year; and Roller cleaner and regenerator for folding machines.
