Construction of Common Urban Infrastructures, Zone-A

The Asian Development Bank (ADB) was conceived in the early 1960s as a financial institution that would be Asian in character and foster economic growth and cooperation in one of the poorest regions in the world.

ADB assists its members, and partners, by providing loans, technical assistance, grants, and equity investments to promote social and economic development.

The Royal Government of Bhutan has received financing from the Asian Development Bank (ADB) towards the cost of Phuentsholing Township Development Project. Part of this financing will be used for payments under the contract named above. Bidding is open to Bidders from eligible source countries of AD.

The Construction Development Corporation Limited (“the Employer”) invites sealed bids from eligible Bidders for the construction and completion of Common Urban Infrastructure, Zone A (“the Works”).

International Competitive Bidding will be conducted in accordance with ADB’s Single-Stage: Two-Envelope procedure and is open to all Bidders from eligible source countries as described in the Bidding Document.
