Consulting Services for Project Preparation Special Fund for Tamakoshi V Hydroelectric Project (PSF for TV-HEP)

The Government of Nepal has applied for financing (hereafter “Grant”) from the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB) toward the cost of the Project Preparation of Tamakoshi V Hydroelectric Project and intends to apply part of the proceeds for payments towards consulting services for Project preparation and related expenses for Tamakoshi V Hydroelectric Project (TV-HEP).

The Project preparation Consulting Services shall include but not limited to the hiring of consulting services such as Supplemental Environmental & Social Documentation (SESD) services; Biodiversity Action Plan services; Free, Prior, and Informed Consultation (FPICon) services; and the hiring of other Individual Consultants services required for the project preparation.

Procurement of contracts financed by AIIB will be conducted in accordance with the requirements of AIIB’s Procurement Policy and its associated Interim Operational Directive on Procurement Instructions for Recipients (PIR) and is open to all eligible firms and individuals. AIIB’s Policy on Prohibited Practices will apply to all contracts.
