Design, Build, Supply, Installation and Commissioning of New Water Supply System in Stung Treng, Cambodia (Rebidding)

The Asian Development Bank (ADB) was conceived in the early 1960s as a financial institution that would be Asian in character and foster economic growth and cooperation in one of the poorest regions in the world.

ADB assists its members, and partners, by providing loans, technical assistance, grants, and equity investments to promote social and economic development.

The Royal Government of Cambodia has received financing from the Asian Development Bank (ADB) toward the cost of Urban Water Supply Project. Part of this financing will be used for payments under the contract named above. Bidding is open to Bidders from eligible source countries of ADB.

The Ministry of Industry & Handicraft (“the Employer”), on behalf of the Royal Government of Cambodia invites sealed bids from eligible Bidders for the design, construction and completion of Stung Treng Water Supply System (“the Facilities”).

International Competitive Bidding will be conducted in accordance with ADB’s Single- Stage: One-Envelope procedure and is open to all Bidders from eligible countries as described in the Bidding Document.
