The Asian Development Bank (ADB) was conceived in the early 1960s as a financial institution that would be Asian in character and foster economic growth and cooperation in one of the poorest regions in the world.
ADB assists its members, and partners, by providing loans, technical assistance, grants, and equity investments to promote social and economic development.
The Government of Nepal has received a loan from Asian Development Bank (ADB) towards the cost of Bagmati River Basin Improvement Project – Additional Financing. Part of this financing will be used for payments under the Contract named above. Bidding is open to Bidders from eligible source countries of the ADB.
The High-Powered Committee for Integrated Development of the Bagmati Civilization, Bagmati River Basin Improvement Project, Guheshwori (“the Employer”) invites sealed bids from eligible Bidders for the design, execution, completion and operation of 17.3 MLD Tukucha Waste Water Treatment Plant based on Sequential Batch Reactor (SBR) Technology with five (5) years Operation & Maintenance.
Open Competitive Bidding – International will be conducted in accordance with ADB’s Single-Stage: Two-Envelope bidding procedure and is open to all bidders from eligible countries as described in the Bidding Document.
