Procurement of Plant – Design, Manufacture, Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of 500kV Double Circuit Quad Bundle Transmission Line from Suki Kinari Hydro Power Station to Interconnection Point of Existing Neelum Jhelum 500kV Double Circuit Quad Bundle Transmission Line (approx. 75km), using ACSR “Bunting” Conductor

The Islamic Republic of Pakistan has applied for financing from the Asian Development Bank (ADB) toward the cost of Second Power Transmission Enhancement Investment Program – Tranche 4. Part of this financing will be used for payments under the contract named above. Bidding is open to the Bidders from eligible source countries of ADB.

The National Transmission and Despatch Company (NTDC, “the Employer”) invites sealed bids from eligible Bidders for the “Procurement of Plant- Design, Manufacture, Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of 500kV Double Circuit Quad Bundle Transmission Line from Suki Kinari Hydro Power Station to Interconnection Point of Existing Neelum Jhelum 500kV Double Circuit Quad Bundle Transmission Line (approx. 75km), using ACSR “Bunting” Conductor”. The works mainly include design, manufacturing, delivery, installation, testing, commissioning, and completion of works and services at turnkey basis, as detailed and specified in the Bidding Document. The Time for Completion of the whole of the Facilities shall be 25 months from the Effective Date as described in the Contract Agreement.

International competitive bidding will be conducted in accordance with ADB’s Single- Stage: Two-Envelope bidding procedure and is open to the Bidders from eligible source countries of ADB.
