Item Description:
The Asian Development Bank (ADB) was conceived in the early 1960s as a financial institution that would be Asian in character and foster economic growth and cooperation in one of the poorest regions in the world.
ADB assists its members, and partners, by providing loans, technical assistance, grants, and equity investments to promote social and economic development.
Invitation for Bids
The Government of the Republic of the Philippines has received financing from the ADB toward the cost of the Water District Development Sector Project. Part of this financing will be used for payments under the contract named above. Bidding is open to Bidders from eligible source countries of the ADB.
The Metro Tuguegarao Water District (the Employer) through the Local Water Utilities Administration (the “Procurement Agent”), invites sealed bids from eligible Bidders for the designing and constructing an intake box at the river, designing and laying of in-take pipe from intake box to treatment plant, designing and constructing of surface water treatment plant, designing and constructing of sufficient sump tank and booster pump (“the Facilities”).
Open Competitive Bidding – National advertisement will be conducted in accordance with ADB’s Single-Stage: Two-Envelope procedure and is open to all Bidders from eligible source countries as described in the Bidding Document.
