Item Description:
UNRWA invites vendors to provide proposals for E-NCDs Mobile and Web based Application (E- Non communicable Diseases (NCDs) Mobile Application).
Tender documentation will be available to you after you click on the `express interest` button in UNGM.
Vendors will be required to submit their proposals online and upload all supporting documentation within the deadline specified.
Proposals will not be able to be submitted after the stipulated date and time so please allow enough time to submit your tender return.
All proposals will be opened on 13/11/2018.
The successful proposer shall be notified by website correspondence after all proposal have been considered for evaluation.
Any questions relating to the attached documents shall be addressed through the correspondence tab on the website.
Answers to questions will be made available to all vendors through a clarification.

In order to have access to the Tender Documents, it is necessary to register in UNGM portal (www.ungm.org) and select UNRWA under the UN Organization tab. Please carefully read the instructions attached to this tender notice (SEE THE MENU TAB “DOCUMENTS”).
