    Item Description:

    The Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has received finance from the African Development Bank towards the cost of Four Towns Water Supply and Sanitation Improvement Project and intends to apply part of the proceeds of this loan to make payments under the contract for the cost of consultancy services for the design review, construction supervision and contract administration of Adama Towns Water Supply and Sanitation Improvement Project.

    The Oromia Regional State Adama Town Water Supply and Sanitation Enterprise now invites eligible consultants to indicate their interest in providing these services. Interested consultants must provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the services (brochures, description of similar assignments, experience in similar projects/Conditions, availability of appropriate skills among staff, etc.). Consultants may constitute joint-ventures to enhance their chances of qualification.

    Eligibility criteria, establishment of the short-list and the selection procedure shall be in accordance with the African Development Bank’s “Rules and Procedures for the use of Consultants” May 2008 Edition, Revised July 2012, which is available on the Bank’s website at http://www.afdb.org.

    Consultants will be selected using Quality and Cost Based selection (QCBS) method. Interested consultants may obtain further information at the address below during office hours: from 08:30 to 12:30 hours and from 13:30 to 17:30 hours (local time), Mondays to Thursdays and 08:30 to 11:30 and 13:30 to 17:30 local time on Fridays.

    Expressions of interest must be delivered to the address below on or before 15 January, 2017 at 10:00 a.m (local Time) and mention “Consulting Service for Design Review, Construction Supervision and Contract Administration for Adama Town Water Supply and Sanitation Improvement Project”.
