Item Description:
The Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) is an international organisation that works to build better policies for better lives. The goal is to shape policies that foster prosperity, equality, opportunity and well-being for all. The Organisation draws on 60 years of experience and insights to better prepare the world of tomorrow.
In 2008 and 2011, the OECD carried out cross-country household surveys1 designed to shed light on environmental behaviours in the domains of energy, waste, mobility, food, and water, as well as on how government policies affect these behaviours.
The OECD will be implementing a new round of the cross-country household survey to pursue a data-driven understanding of these demand-side conditions by exploring the extent to which socio-economic, geographical and policy-related factors affect environmental behaviour and responses to environmental policies.
The Household Surveys on Enviromental Policies and Individual Behaviour (EPIC) will gather data on: individual socio-demographic characteristics, individual attitudes and beliefs, and key design elements of the environmental policy in question (e.g. the nature of the incentives offered).
The deadline for submission of offers is Thursday 9 September 2021 14:00 (CET).
The OECD will use its e-Sourcing portal « Bravo Solution » to conduct this procurement exercise. Interested candidates should register with the e-Sourcing portal in order to access the associated documents and further information.
Instructions on how to register on the e-Sourcing portal can be found using the following link and accessing the “Supplier Guide” on the homepage.
