Item Description:

Thank you for your interest in this contract award procedure. Please submit your request to participate by December 9, 2016. Details of our submission requirements can be found in the enclosed terms and conditions for application.
Your request to participate should be drawn up in triplicate and in English (language) using the designated form (see annex).
If we receive more than 5 requests to participate, we will make a selection on the basis of the criteria laid out in the annex and invite bids only from the 5 companies with the highest scores. We reserve the right to cancel contract award procedure if we receive fewer than 3 requests to participate.
We also reserve the right, once the initial bids have been submitted, to make a selection on the basis of the criteria listed in the annex and only to enter into negotiations with the 3 companies that received the highest scores.
We also reserve the right to award the contract on the basis of initial bids without entering into negotiations.
