The European Union, represented by the European Union Delegation to the USA (‘the contracting authority’) is planning to award the contract resulting from the above procurement procedure. The procurement documents consist of the contract notice, this invitation letter, the draft contract and tender specifications with their respective annexes. Characteristics of the services to be provided

The contractor must provide the human and material resources necessary to ensure janitorial services at the Delegation premises.

Subsidiarily, the contractor will be asked to provide the human and material resources necessary to ensure the professional cleaning of the Ambassador’s Residence.
