Item Description:

The African Development Bank (hereafter referred to as “The Bank”) wishes to invite bids from experienced companies for the maintenance of UPS units, generators, transformers and associated electrical switchgear at the African Development Bank offices in centurion Pretoria.

The Bank is a regional multilateral development institution, established to promote the economic and social development of its regional member countries by mobilizing resources for the financing of projects and programs.

• Bidders must originate from one of the Bank’s member countries, list of which is provided at afdb.org.- https://www.afdb.org/en/countries/
• Evaluation will be conducted according to the criteria published in the Request for Proposal published on the  Bank website, including experience of not less than three years and a minimum annual turnover of not less that ZAR 10,000,000 (Ten  Million South African Rand).
• The highest technically evaluated bidder with the lowest price will be considered for award of contract.
• Bids shall be submitted in a sealed envelope (The proposal should be placed in a sealed envelope, one original and four copies), delivered at the address provided in the Procurement Notice by 31^st  October 2022 at 15:00 hours South African Standard Time (SAST).
