Item Description:
The Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria (the “Global Fund”), invites proposals for the above-captioned Project, as fully described in Attachment A (Terms of Reference) of this solicitation.
This Request for Proposal (RFP) consists of the following sections:
- Section A: Scope of Work
- Section B: Evaluation Criteria
- Section C: Proposal Submission and General Information
- Section D: Specific Instructions
- Section E: Legal Matters
- Annex 1: Terms of Reference
Scope and Objectives
The Ombudsman shall provide services that will be available to all staff members, individual consultants and interns (“Covered Individuals”) at the Global Fund. All interactions with the Ombudsman shall be voluntary.
The Ombudsman’s services are designed to complement all other means within the Global Fund that help to create a healthy and productive work environment and that assists in informal conflict resolution. The Ombudsman guides individuals to deal directly with the relevant parties. See Annex 1 for detailed Terms of reference.
