Procurement of Specialized Vehicles

The Asian Development Bank (ADB) was conceived in the early 1960s as a financial institution that would be Asian in character and foster economic growth and cooperation in one of the poorest regions in the world.

ADB assists its members, and partners, by providing loans, technical assistance, grants, and equity investments to promote social and economic development.

Socialist Republic of Vietnam has received financing from the Asian Development Bank (ADB) toward the cost of the Second Health Care in the Central Highlands Project, and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of this financing to payments under the contract named above. Bidding is open to eligible Bidders from eligible source countries of ADB.

The Central Project Management Unit of the Second Health Care in the Central Highlands Project invites sealed bids from eligible Bidders for the supply of Specialized Vehicles in the Health Sector including:

• Lot 1: Ambulances (2 units)
• Lot 2: Epidemic prevention vehicles (4 units)

These Goods shall be supplied to Health facilities of two (2) project provinces: Dak Nong and Kon Tum.

International competitive bidding will be conducted in accordance with ADB’s Single-Stage: One-Envelope bidding procedure and is open to all eligible Bidders as described in the Bidding Document.
