Provision of Cable installation and termination

The United Nations Economic Commission for Africa (UNECA), invites qualified companies with the required expertise and experience to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) to participate in the upcoming tender exercise for the Provision of Cable Installation and termination Services at UNECA, Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.

As part of its effort to provide quality service to the section, this unit is planning to upgrade and expand the electronic access control and CCTV services. That in turn calls for installation of additional cables, putting redundant connections, reserving spare links and connecting cables to end devices

Thus, UNECA invites expressions of interest from qualified firms for the installation of cables. The winning firm would install cables and conduits in buildings as well as outdoors around the compound. The work also involves terminating the cables to patch panels and end devices.

Please note that the UNECA is precluded from entering into contract with a firm that is not fully registered with UNGM. Those interested in responding to this invitation but not currently fully registered as vendors with UNGM, are encouraged to register before submission of the bid.
