Provision of Cleaning Services at the UNGSC, Brindisi (Italy)

The cleaning supplies shall consist of, but not limited to the following products:

disinfectants, sanitization, antiseptic products, hand washing detergents, paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags (various sizes) and the relevant equipment (tools, kits, apparatus, appliances etc., i.e. mop-tanks, mops, pails, brooms, bucket/janitor trolleys, wet floor caution signs, ladders, high dusting equipment, industrial floor and upholstery vacuum cleaners and all necessary motor trucks) essential to maintain cleanliness of the Premises.

A Site Visit may be required to view the Premises before the submission of proposals for potential Proposers to familiarise themselves with the location, operating conditions, and specific requirements. The Site Visit requirement will be assessed at a later stage due to the current travel restrictions concerning COVID-19.

Split award will not be considered.

The contract term shall be for an initial period of three (3) years, with the UNGSC’s sole option to extend the term of the contract for two (2) additional periods of one year each (3+1+1).

The full technical requirements and details will be provided with a formal solicitation document to be issued at a later stage soon after the closing date for this EOI.

This EOI does not constitute a solicitation. The UNGSC reserves the right to change or cancel the requirements at any time during the EOI and solicitation process. Thus, submitting a reply to this EOI does not automatically guarantee that your company will be considered for receipt of the solicitation documents when issued.

To be awarded a contract, the Vendor must be registered with the UN Secretariat through the United Nations Global Marketplace (UNGM) for the required Level of Registration, which is “Level 2”.
