Item Description:
The OECD is issuing this Call for Tenders with a view to sourcing one or several companies, to provide the following services for one-off events, for its Conference Center in Paris, and events taking place outside OECD headquarters:
This call for tenders is divided into 3 lots:
- Lot 1: Design, production and overall installation of decorations
- Lot 2: Production and installation of digital innovations
- Lot 3: Production and installation of directional and event signage
The deadline to submit an offer is Monday 20 January 2019, 10am (Paris time).
The OECD will use its e-Sourcing portal to conduct this procurement exercise. Interested bidders should register with the e-Sourcing portal in order to access the associated documents and further information.

L’OCDE lance cet appel d’offres en vue de sélectionner un ou plusieurs prestataires pour fournir les prestations suivantes dans le cadre d’événements ponctuels, principalement pour son Centre de conférences situé à Paris et éventuellement pour des événements se déroulant à l’extérieur du siège de l’OCDE, en France.
Cet appel d’offres est composé de 3 lots :
- Lot 1: Conception, production et installation globale de décors
- Lot 2: Production et installation d’innovations digitales
- Lot 3: Production et installation de signalétique directionnelle et événementielle
La date limite de remise des offres est fixée au le lundi 20 Janvier 2019 à 10h00 (heure de Paris).
L’OCDE utilisera son portail d’achat en ligne afin de conduire cet appel d’offres. Les soumissionnaires intéressés doivent s’enregistrer sur le portail d’achat en ligne afin de pouvoir accéder aux documents nécessaires et autres informations relatives.
