The European Labour Authority, referred to below as the contracting authority, is planning to award the contract(s) resulting from the above procurement procedure. Subject of this call for tenders

The subject of this call for tenders is Provision of legal services to the European Labour Authority as indicated in Heading II.1.1 of the contract notice.

This call for tenders is divided into two lots:

• lot 1: legal services for ELA’s corporate affairs;

Open procurement procedure for the conclusion of maximum two contracts in cascade for provision of legal services and legal representation to ELA in corporate affairs, with the exception of legal representation in staff cases under the EU Staff Regulations and Conditions of employment of other servants.

• lot 2: legal services for ELA’s operational activities.

Open procurement procedure for the conclusion of maximum two contracts in cascade for provision of legal services in a range of legal areas covering the EU labour mobility law falling within the mandate of ELA.
