Item Description:
The International Organization for Migration (hereinafter called IOM) intends to hire Insurance Provider for the “Provision of General Liability and Property Damage Liability Coverage against all risks for the year 2021 including fixed and movable assets located in various locations in Greece” for which this Request for Proposals (RFP) is issued.
IOM now invites Service Providers to provide a Technical and Financial Proposal for the “Provision of General Liability and Property Damage Liability Coverage against all risks for the year 2021 including fixed and movable assets”. More details on the services can be provided upon request to the e-mail iomgrprocurement@iom.int .
The Service Provider will be selected under a Quality – Cost Based Selection procedures described in the RFP.
The tender is divided into the following lots:
Lot: 1
Covered Regions in Mainland of Greece: General Liability Coverage
Lot: 2
Covered Regions in Mainland of Greece: Property Damage Liability Coverage
Interested Insurance Providers may submit proposal for one (1) or both lots. The evaluation and award of contract will be conducted per lot. This RFQ is subject to funds availability. IOM reserves the right to select the overall most favorable solution in case the difference in points between proposals is not substantial.
The Proposals must be delivered by hand at IOM Office – Mission in Greece, 7 Megalou Alexandrou str., Argyroupoli, Greece on or before 31 March 2021, 14:00 local hrs. No late proposal shall be accepted.
IOM reserves the right to accept or reject any proposal and to annul the selection process and reject all Proposals at any time prior to agreement award, without thereby incurring any liability to affected Insurance Providers.
