Item Description:
The United Nations Interim Forces in Lebanon (UNIFIL) has a requirement to establish a Long Term Agreement (LTA) for the provision of Hardware Products to UNIFIL based on delivery terms DAP UNIFIL HQ Naqoura Lebanon & Free Carrier (FCA) at the nearest internationally connected seaport (INCOTERMS 2010).
The initial duration of the contract shall be for one year (1) with two (2) one-year (1+1) optional periods at the sole discretion of UNIFIL. The maximum contract duration shall be three (3) years.
UNIFIL will undertake a competitive solicitation exercise shortly and consider inviting those companies have expressed their interest and provided initial relevant information as to their ability to fulfill UNIFIL’s requirement.
Please note, this is not an invitation for submission of a price proposal. Level of the registration with UNGM required for the award: Level-2.
Interested companies must complete the Vendor Response Form and return it to the attention of UNIFIL Chief Procurement Officer. Your response must be submitted not later than 04:00 PM Eastern European Time (Local time in Lebanon) on 03 March 2021, via (a) E-mail to unifil-eoi@un.org;
