Provision of Internet Bandwidth for UNAMI Office in Kuwait

UNAMI seeks for TWO separate Service Providers or SINGLE Service Provider able to meet the requirement and provide guarantees that the links will have separate paths out of Kuwait, to ensure the best availability of Internet service provision in respective sites.

The vendor must offer a tailor-made turnkey system (i.e., hardware, software, connectivity, support, etc.).

Once established the contract, the successful vendor is solely responsible for the maintenance and routine monitoring of the system. Also ensure end to end security of the system while granting access to UN on key hardware elements of the system as well as provide standard monitoring tools which must be web-based monitoring tools such as PRTG, MRTG or equivalent.

The contracts issued should have the ability to increase or decrease bandwidth as per UNAMI requirement.

It is expected that upon awarding and signing the contract for the site, the service will be fully activated and operational within 3 weeks.
