The European Commission, Joint Research Centre (referred to below as the contracting authority) is planning to award the contract resulting from the above procurement procedure. Objective of this tender

The objective of this call for tender is the conclusion of a framework service contract for the provision of IPR legal advice to the EU Institutions, the Directorates-General and Services of the European Commission, the executive agencies and European Union agencies and bodies. It does not include the management of the IP portfolio. The estimated consumption during the execution of this contract is forecasted to be almost 2.800 man-hours over its maximum duration of four years.
