Provision of Managed ICT and IT Security Services

Item Description:

The European Union Agency for the Operational Management of Large-Scale IT Systems in the Area of Freedom, Security and Justice (referred to below as the “Contracting Authority” or “eu-LISA”) is planning to award the contract resulting from the above mentioned procurement procedure for two lots:

• LOT 1: Managed ICT services
• LOT 2: IT Security management and operation services

The procurement documents consist of the Contract Notice, the Invitation Letter, the Draft Contract and Tender Specifications with their respective annexes. All documents are available in the attached ZIP File.

Each lot will be assessed independently of the other lot. Tenders, which cover only part of one lot or are declared as being conditional on the award of any other lots, are not permitted.

Given the nature of the requested services for the two lots, professional conflicting interests have to be avoided between possible contractors providing services under each lot. The Contracting Authority deems that professional conflicting interests exist between Lot 1 and Lot 2, which may negatively affect the performance of each contract, awarded under each Lot. In order to avoid any professional conflicts of interest, Lot 1 and Lot 2 of this call for tenders cannot be awarded to the same tenderers or tenderers that are part of the same industrial and/or commercial group or organisation. One tenderer (economic operator or group of) is allowed to apply for one or both lots. Nevertheless, one tenderer may be awarded only one lot. Lots will be awarded according to this order of award: 1 and 2. I. e. if a tenderer applied for both lots and is qualified for award for lot 1, its tender for lot 2 will not be awarded.
