Provision of outsourced administrative service of LMS for OCHA

The OCHA Learning Management System (LMS), on Cornerstone, was established as OCHA central learning platform in August 2015, with over 250 resources on Catalogue and around 2,000 registered users.

The overall goal of the outsourced administration (OA) of OCHA LMS is to achieve efficiency in the context of the current restructuring and reorganization of roles and responsibilities within the OCHA Human Resources team/Learning and Development Unit/Executive Office.

The OA will aim to achieve the following objectives:

• Consolidation of responsibilities for OCHA LMS core administrative function, system configuration and maintenance as well as identified technical projects within a single external provider;
• Ensure timely and effective delivery of OCHA LMS Administrative tasks in support of OCHA’s staff’s smooth and continuous access to learning.

The successful vendor will be required to enter into contract with the UN for a total period of twelve (12) months and an estimated workload of approximate 450 hours per year. A possible extension of the contract may be envisaged for another twelve (12) months, for an equivalent number of hours, subject to satisfactory performance of the vendor.
