Provision of Polyethylene Terephthalate (PET) Waste Recycling Unit for ITC Uganda

The International Trade Centre (ITC), a joint subsidiary organ of the United Nations and the World Trade Organization, hereby invites you to submit a bid to this Invitation to Bid (ITB) for the above subject. Bids are required to be received by ITC no later than 27 August 2020 before midnight, Geneva time (the Closing Date).

This ITB consists of this letter, the subsequent instructions and the following annexes:

• Annex A: Acknowledgement Letter
• Annex B: Technical Specifications – please sign and fill in (mandatory)
• Annex C: UN General Conditions of contract for the provision of goods and services – please sign each page (mandatory)

You are kindly requested to return the attached Annex A – Acknowledgement Letter, duly signed by an authorized representative of your company, to the ITC via email msarkulova@intracen.org , Attention: Manshuk Sarkulova (the Procurement Officer), who shall serve as a focal point of contact with regard to this ITB, no later than 03 August 2020. The letter should advise whether your company intends to submit a Bid and if not, indicate the reason.
