Provision of Security Guard and Associated Services for the Cedefop Premises

Cedefop is the European Union’s agency for vocational education and training (VET), skills and qualifications. At the interface between the worlds of education/training and work, it supports the design, promotion and implementation of VET policies by working together with the European Commission, EU Member States and social partners. Cedefop’s analyses, evidence and services help policy-makers to connect VET better with other education sectors and to improve the link between education/training provision and labour market needs. To this end, Cedefop promotes knowledge-sharing and policy learning among European and national actors.

Short description of content of this contract

The present call for tenders aims at acquiring guard services for the security of the Cedefop premises. Additionally, specialised bilingual personnel of the security company will be providing assistance at the reception desk. In more details, the services to be acquired under the specific call for tenders are described below:

A. Physical security guard services 24hours/day;
B. Support to emergency procedures;
C. On demand security guard/desk assistance services;
D. Reception desk assistant services.

Type of contract: Framework Service Contract.

The services will be provided following the signature of Order forms throughout the validity of the framework service contract. The number and content of Order Forms will depend on the needs of Cedefop.

Place of delivery or performance

The tasks must be performed in the Cedefop premises in Thessaloniki.
