Provision of Security Services

Bidders must originate from one of the Bank’s member countries, list of which is provided at http://www.afdb.org.

Evaluation will be conducted based on quality and price according to the criteria published in the Request for Proposal as outlined below: –

Pass /Fail evaluation criteria

• Bidders must originate from one of the Bank’s member countries.
• Audited Financial Statement for past three years (2020, 2021 and 2022 or the latest).
• Minimum annual average turnover is UGX 165,947,520.
• The bidder can demonstrate sound financial performance.
• The bidder shall have a minimum of five years’ experience and successfully or substantially implemented as a prime contractor at least three assignments of a similar nature and complexity

Technical evaluation criteria

• Bidder’s Technical response to the RFP.
• Curriculum Vitae of proposed key personnel for contract management
• Description of similar services currently provided to other clients
• Demonstrated possession of the necessary equipment for provision of security services.

Only Bidders meeting the technical criteria will be considered for Financial Evaluation.

The Bank shall organize a pre-bid meeting. The pre-bid meeting will be held on 21 July 2023, at 10.00am local time at the premises on 14th Floor, Crested Towers Building
