Provision of Floor Cargo Scales with capacity 12,000 kgs to 15,000 kgs, Calibration and Training

MINUSMA has a requirement for the provision of Floor Cargo Scales with the Capacity of 12,000 Kgs to 15,000 Kgs, calibration and Training.

Please note that this is a Request for Expression of Interest (REOI) to pre-qualify prospective service providers.

Interested Compagnies are encouraged to apply if they meet the eligibility criteria below and are required to submit supporting documentation in line with the pre-qualification eligibility criteria. EOIs from applicants failing to provide the complete information required to assess eligibility against the pre-qualification criteria will be deemed non-responsive and will not be considered further.

If the Applicant is a group of legal entities that will form or have formed a joint venture, consortium or association at the time of the submission of the EOI, they shall confirm in their EOI that they have designated one party to act as a lead entity, duly vested with authority to legally bind the members of the joint venture jointly and severally, and this shall be evidenced by a duly notarized Agreement among the legal entities. All legal entities that comprise the joint venture shall be subject to the eligibility and qualification assessment and therefore eligibility documents relating to each entity must be submitted with the EOI.

Interested firms must complete the following Vendor Response Form and return it to minusma- procurement@un.org to the attention of Mrs Temeteme Angele before the closing date on 23 January 2019 at 04:00 PM.

MINUSMA reserves the right to reject expressions of interest that are incomplete, incorrect or are received after the stated deadline.
